Champagne Julep
Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 7.5 ml sugar syrup
- 1 TABLESPOON warm water
- ½ CUP crushed ice
- 15 ml cognac
- 90 ml brut champagne
Preparation
Add crushed ice. Pour in cognac and sugar syrup and stir. Top with champagne to taste.Container
