Gin Gin Mule

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release the essence of the herbs.
  2. Add gin and fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with mint sprig
