Tom Collins is the best known Collins cocktail, a group of long drinks made during WWI served in a highball or collins glass.
Made of gin, lemon juice, sugar and soda water it’s easy to make and best of all easy to drink!

ingredients
- 2 measures gin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- ice cubes
- soda water
- lemon slice

- pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a tall glass of ice and stir well.
- top up with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice.
