Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• 4.5 cl pisco
• 3 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Preparation

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
